- BANOFFEE PIE – Crumb base with banana slices and sweet toffee sauce topped with fresh cream and a dusting of cocoa.
- WHITE CHOCOLATE/LIME TART – A light creamy mousse on a pastry base, garnished with cocoa powder & lime.
